    For all assistance inquiries, from general to detailed, please contact the Engineering IT Help Desk. You'll get a personal response within 1 business day during the normal academic calendar.

    The phone is answered from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m and 1p.m. -  5 p.m. on weekdays during the normal academic calendar.
  3. Online 
    Right here online, you will be able to find the answer to most of your questions. Don't hesitate to email us if don't find the answer you are looking for.
  4. There are multiple convenient walk-in locations to serve you. Locations are closed during University Holidays, and have reduced coverage during Academic Breaks.
    NOTE: Due to current campus restrictions, in-person support must be arranged via email through 01/21/2022.
