Look into Hardware Choices Now

You can check out the Tech Services Teams Hardware Showcase.

Plan to attend one of the Microsoft Teams Hardware Showcases:

If you have questions or would like recommendations from Engineering IT, check with your IT Pros. It is recommended that Unit Facilities Managers and/or Business Managers review current hardware in use to determine if some or all need to be replaced by new devices.

New or Changes to Response Groups

Additionally, there will be a no-change period on Response Groups from April 1, 2023 to May 2023 when new requests and changes to existing response groups, will not be accepted by TS. If Unit Facilities Managers and/or Business Managers anticipate changes to response groups, please submit those before April to ensure they are created and available before the no-change period begins.

As always, if you have questions or need help with this transition to Teams, please email Engineering IT for assistance at engrit-help@illinois.edu
