Update on staffing challenges for Summer 2022.

We updated you on staffing in March of 2022, but we've had changes since and we wanted to give you those updates.
We've run nine job searches since March, resulting in a three new hires, two of whom have already started:
- Erika Smith on the AV Service team
- Kevin Parli on the AV Service team
- TBD in Data Analytics
We've also had four employees pursue opportunities elsewhere on campus:
- Neil Feuerhelm from AV Service team
- John Spencer from AV Service team
- Kim Nyugen-Jahiel, Assistant Director for Instructional Services
- Justin Hedrick from the eLearning team
We are so thankful for the efforts of the following folks to keep us moving forward on projects and the start of the semester:
- Michael Chan has stepped up to help with the transition in AV Services while our new hires are becoming familiar with their new jobs.
- Melissa Whitt has been named Instructional Services Interim Manager while we search for a new Assistant Director for Instructional Services.
- Ethan Conner has also picked up some additional eLearning specialist responsibilities to help in Instructional Services.
- Andrew Robinson has stayed on with us as a consultant for help in the AV Service team.
