Update: Monday morning EWS Home Directory Problems

UPDATE:  As of 10:40AM, EWS storage is back online and operational.  Technicians continue to work on diagnosing the cause of this outage.

Reports of degraded performance of the Engineering IT EWS home directories were received around 9AM this morning.  Technicians are working on this problem.
