Server Maintenance on Sept. 8th

Saturday, September 8th: Maintenance has been completed successfully.  Databases have been moved to a virtual server.  Applications and web pages that use those databases should be functioning normally again.

Original Announcement: During the 9am - noon maintenance period, Saturday, September 8th, Engineering IT will be migrating several databases off of server hardware that has recently shown signs of failing.  During this time, the databases will be moved from physical hardware to a virtual server and will therefore be inaccessible.  Engineering websites that use Stela and Piazza will not function properly while the databases are being moved.
