Resolved - 7/27/15 :

Engineering IT has fixed the root cause for the problems that occurred last week with Windows log-in profiles and access to desktop and document directories. If you are continuing to experience problems, please contact engrit-help@illinois.edu.

What:    Engineering IT has been made aware that people are having issues logging into their computers and accessing files in their My Documents directory. Our Infrastructure team is working with campus Technology Services to resolve the problem.
