RESOLVED: Websites on web.engr.illinois.edu intermittently slow to load on 4.11.16

Websites hosted on the cPanel server at web.engr.illinois.edu were intermittently slow to load  starting at about 12:45pm and the degraded performance continued until about 2:45pm when the issue was resolved. Engineering IT is working with the cPanel vendor on strategies to help prevent such a performance slow down in the future.
