Resolved: subversion.engr.illinois.edu downtime 3/1/2013

There was an issue with the web authentication on subversion.engr.illinois.edu betwen 6:32am and 10:25am on 3/1/2013.  During this period users were unable to access subversion repositories.  The issue has been resolved.
