Resolved: Some recorded lectures currently not available online

Summary: All of yesterday's recorded lecture videos are now available.  The issue was caused by an intermittent loss of communication between various servers responsible for processing and publishing lecture videos.  Minor changes are being made to the servers' configuration to hopefully prevent a future occurence.

When: Early evening, Tuesday 9/22/2015 to 11am, Wednesday 9/23/2015
