Resolved: multiple server outages

At 7:30am, the storage array engr-storage2 took it's hard drives offline because of a faulty SSD.  Infrastructure staff replaced the hardware and restarted the storage system, but the outage caused most virtual servers using engr-storage2 to hang.  76 virtual servers were checked, restarted, or repaired and all systems were returned to service at 9:30am.
