Recurrence: One-hour Disruption to Linux Web Browsing on 02/25/2016

This afternoon, from approximately 1:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m., the issue that caused disruptions to Linux web browsing yesterday occured, again. Currently, the EWS Home Directory File Server is stable and Linux web browsing is available. Engineering IT continues to investigate this problem to find a resolution. A "Resolved" update will be posted once we have a resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Original post, 02/25/2016: This morning, from approximately 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., the EWS Home Directory File Server experienced an issue that resulted in an one-hour disruption to web browsing on Linux machines in the EWS labs and through remote Linux access.
