Power issue at Siebel

This morning a power fluxuation knocked out network hardware that supports our storage servers and possibly damaged server hardware.

All servers and services were effectively inaccessible until 10:15am. Networking is now back to normal and our servers have been brought back online.

Engineering IT staff is checking on core services, but most appear to be back and functioning at this time.
