Maintenance window moved to Sunday

Sunday, March 10, 2013 - Maintenance has been completed.

Original announcement - This month's major maintenance window has been moved from Saturday, March 9th, to Sunday, March 10th in order to avoid impacting Engineering Open House.  The following maintenance will take place bewteen 10am and 1pm, Sunday:

• Engineering IT will be upgrading networking hardware that is used by our VM cluster and EWS remote linux.  While this work is being done, services hosted on virtual servers and the EWS remote linux service may be inaccessible for brief periods of time.
• Engineering IT will reconfigure the disk configuration on Engr-file-01.  Access to documents or shares on the server may be interrupted while the configuration is being modified.
• Engineering IT will ugrade the hard drives on engr-storage1 and  dcs-sunstor1.  Access to files on these servers may possibly be interrupted during the maintenance window.
