Content restricted to student rosters on courses.engr and wiki.engr inaccessible by students from 9:05 am until 1:35 pm today

The daily refresh of roster data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) failed early this morning in such a way that it did not report a failure.  At 9:05 am, the process which synchs roster data to UOFI Active Directory groups removed student accounts from most of the class roster groups.  These groups are used to control access to the secure folders in class websites hosted on courses.engr.illinois.edu, as well as on class wiki spaces restricted to registered students on wiki.engr.illinois.edu.  The issue was discovered/reported to EngrIT at 12:58 pm and the roster group synch process was restarted shortly thereafter.  The roster groups were successfully refilled with current students by 1:35 pm.
