COMPLETE: Physics server outage

The physical servers V1 and V2 were successfully moved from 222 Loomis to the data center in MRL and were back online at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23rd.

The physical server phyori.physics.illinois.edu was successfully converted to a virtual machine and back online by 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 24th.
